I went into the guest room where Trixie was sleeping on the bed. She woke up, and stretched, and placed her forepaw on my arm in a very human way, to get my attention, and some scritches. :-)

Well, that's the thing: every one of those ideas is personal; each idea stems from either personal experience, or a deeply held philosophy. I do write autobiographical fiction -- just not literally autobiographical.
